Q: Do rackets ship strung and ready to hit?+
Every frame leaves the shop factory-strung, tensioned, and hit on the panel, with a full-length head cover on it. Unbag it and play — no stringer visit required.
Q: What grip size should I order?+
Racquetball grips run small. Most players sit at 3 5/8; size up to 3 7/8 only for large hands. When you’re between sizes, order down — an overgrip builds it up, but nothing shrinks it. The full chart lives on the size guide.
Q: Head-heavy or head-light — which is for me?+
Head-heavy loads power and rewards a disciplined swing; head-light keeps your hand fast at the front court. If placement is your game, go light. If you’re hunting raw ball speed and can control it, go heavy.
Q: What happens if a string breaks?+
Dead-string swaps are covered inside a 30-day window — we re-string free. After that we re-string at cost through the pro shop, usually a two-day turnaround.

Fuel & recovery.
Q: Are the powders tested?+
Yes. Rally Fuel and Recovery Reboot are blended in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility and third-party batch-tested. The full panel is printed on every tub and on the label image in the gallery.
Q: When do I take Rally Fuel versus Recovery Reboot?+
Rally Fuel is a during-play electrolyte — one scoop between games keeps the legs firing. Recovery Reboot is a post-match protein with tart cherry for the day after a doubleheader. One keeps you moving; the other resets you.
Q: Can I return an opened tub?+
Consumables can only come back sealed. If a tub arrives damaged or the seal is broken in transit, send a photo to the crew and we replace it on the spot.

Frames leave the shop within 48 hours, tracked. Standard shipping is free over $75, $6 flat under it, 3–6 business days. Full rates and transit windows are on the shipping page.
Q: What’s your return window?+
30 days on unplayed rackets and gear in original packaging, no restocking fee. Frames carry a one-year defect warranty on top of that. The full policy is on the returns page.
Q: Do you ship internationally?+
Rackets and gear ship worldwide — Canada flat $18, rest of world calculated at checkout. Fuel and recovery powders ship domestically only. Duties are billed by your local customs.
